If a new kit you buy is damaged or has parts missing please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. You can return it to me and a replacement will be sent if available. If no replacement is available then a full refund will be given.
Secondhand kits and other items are checked before despatch and any missing parts (or the general condition of other items) will be detailed in the item description; they are therefore purchased on this understanding and no refund will be possible.
A ‘change of mind’ refund is only possible within 14 days of receipt, and on the strict understanding that the kit/item is returned in the condition it was sent and is re-saleable but please note that the return postage will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
