A great show...arguably the best one-day show in the country! It's got my vote anyway :-)) Thanks to all who helped and made the event such a big success, especially the Shropshire Model Club aka IPMS Telford who were, as always, most helpful and accomodating. Cheers!
RNAS YEOVILTON MODEL SHOW 15th February
Marred for me somewhat by several full boxes of kits being whipped away by the wind whilst trying to set up on Friday but my sincere thanks go to the three museum security staff who valiantly helped me salvage as much as I could from the carpark - thankyou very much indeed - you saved the day! Secondly thanks to the two kind modellers who spent quite a while during the show putting the mixed-up sprues back in order - I didn't take their names but my sincere thanks to you too sirs! I think this show was understandibly affected by the weather but still a good number of people turned up and enjoyed the customary merits of the venue. Thanks as always to Tracy who did a marvellous job with the organisation.
